A non-refundable security deposit is required for all new customers to book an appointment. This deposit will go toward your service total but will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation or no-show. When it comes to using the "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) options on the website, it's important to note that BNPL cannot be used to pay for appointment deposits. Deposits must be paid via debit or credit card. However, BNPL can be used for other purchases or services, allowing clients to split their payments into multiple interest-free installments. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of your deposit. Card on File A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. Your card will only be charged if a cancellation/no-show fee applies. Repeated Cancellations Consistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in limited booking privileges or refusal of future appointments. We offer a 10-minute grace period.
